Open SourceMac App for AI Coding AgentsNigeria

Taki is our open-source macOS app for developers who run several coding agents and dev servers at once. It finds every live Claude Code, Codex and Cursor session wherever it was started, shows what each is doing and how much of its context is used, and groups them with the project they are working on: its running services, live logs, Docker containers and resource use. Chat with Claude Code and terminal tabs live in the same window, and a menu bar panel shows usage, plan limits and every agent at a glance.

01 The brief
A day of agent work leaves a dozen terminal windows, several dev servers on forgotten ports and agents waiting for an answer in tabs nobody is looking at. Taki had to see all of it without asking the developer to change how they work: read what is already on the Mac, place each agent in the right project even inside a monorepo, and do it every few seconds without using real memory or CPU.
02 Our approach
A Swift 6 and SwiftUI app that reads Claude Code's session files, the process tree through libproc, listening ports and Docker, incrementally, every three seconds, with a floating glass sidebar and tiles in light and dark.
Chat runs Claude Code itself in stream-json mode, so the developer's settings, hooks and skills apply, with permission prompts answered in the app and sessions resumed after a relaunch.
Workspaces are found by themselves from what is running, with framework logos, services started with Keychain variables, coloured logs, a name.localhost proxy on this Mac only and a QR code for the phone.
Terminal tabs built on SwiftTerm with a switcher that stays fast at fifteen tabs, Clean up for merged worktrees and old caches (to the Trash only), a command palette and five desktop widgets.
03 Outcomes
Concrete results, not promises. Each line is something that exists and works today.

Every agent in one window, wherever it was started
Reads only what is on the Mac: no account, no analytics, no server
