01 The brief
What they needed.
The healthcare providers using VotixCare were spending more time on admin than on patients. Records lived in spreadsheets, appointments were managed by phone, and there was no way to see how the practice was performing at a glance. They needed a single platform that could handle patient records, scheduling, remote consultations, and reporting, all built with strong data privacy practices from the start.
02 Our approach
How we built it.
We built the platform on Next.js with PostgreSQL, designed around healthcare data privacy best practices from day one. Patient records are digital, searchable, and organized.
The scheduling system sends automated reminders to reduce no-shows. A telemedicine module lets providers handle follow-up consultations remotely.
The analytics dashboard gives administrators a clear picture of patient flow, appointment volume, and resource usage. No more guessing or manual tallying.
